The information was good for a high level over-view but not in-depth enough to use as your only reference for RMP study. The information did not provide enough detail to respond appropriately to the RMP test questions. Taking the trial test assist you in identifying where and what information to go after for additional review. Alone this course is not adequate to pass the RMP. I would recommend reviewing the information for the shortest period on time (least expensive option) and using your trial test findings to expand your preparation.

Acceptable training good way to earn PDUs

While this course is half the price of other ITIL courses, I still paid 150.00 for it and I definitely do not feel that it was worth the money spent. The 'instructor' is a computer who could not pronounce all the words correctly and whose voice was very similar to a speak and spell. The slides had spelling mistakes, like you couldn't have taken five minutes to do spell check? The sample exams were just PDFs with questions I could have looked up for free, it was not interactive and none of the sample questions were even close to the exam.

This course needs to be redone. The monolitic computer voice is extremely annoying and distracts from the good information provided in the course.

I ordered 10 hours of training, received my online access and took the course. However I reached out to customer service regarding an important question relating to a concern about my PDUs and still have not heard back from anyone at the company. Thus I would not order again nor recommend this company.

The written documentation for the course was very thorough and easy to understand for the most part. However, the machine generated voice that accompanied the text was awful. The sentences lacked appropriate cadence and words were often mispronounced.
