I reported via email an issue with my nearly one year old flashlight. Police Security Flashlight customer service promptly addressed my concerns and resolved it through both providing self help recommendations and sending me a replacement unit.

Police Security Flashlights had available a flashlight replacement battery cartridge, at a good price, that was not readily available from other sources.
