It was a easy experience in ordering the correct battery for my Aura flashlight without having to search online or anywhere else for the correct model/style and it's almost $5.00 less than the only other I found....Also the battery this new one replaces is the original battery that came with the flashlight and had been in use for almost a year and a half so if this new one duplicates that performance............

Customer service was fantastic. Kelly Hires helped me from beginning to end with a product issue that I had. Police security obviously places a great deal of emphasis on Customer Service and it shows all the way around. They have great products and I would highly recommend them.
