Alex was very knowledgeable, professional and kind during our meeting. I wish that there had been something listed online about cost of the total program in their FAQs (I did look and probably should have emailed before paying the $167 for the test). I also just learned about Trustpilot and wish I had read through these reviews before paying $167 for a system I won't be using (cost of $7,000 for a 5 month program) As a scientist it would be nice to have some peer reviewed studies or some supporting documentation about this process, but I do understand that since this is proprietary that may not make sense for the business. There is so much of this program that makes sense, but I just can't afford $7,000 for 5 months for something that I won't know if it will work for me. I do wish all the best for this program and for anyone that can afford to dive into this, hopefully with more people attending the program the price will be able to come down or at least be considered through Natropathic doctors so that insurance could cover this.

I am not able to give a wonderful review because I simply didn't really have any results and am here at the last month of the program. I am still too fatigued to have a life. However, the program was quite supportive with my coach and concierge. I have changed my diet and still have some hope that things could get better. Since my savings are now gone I am trying to find a way to continue the 3 days 'on' part of the program for the next 6 months. Thank you to everyone at the Pompa Program for trying to help me. I wanted to be a success story but it just didn't happen for me.

The Pompa coach, Tyler, is amazing. He is very attentive and helpful. Also there are numerous resources that provide assistance. I hesitate to review my results as I am still struggling with health issues. When I get into the brain phase more I might have more to say.

I really can't say anything about the program itself as I didn't get to that step but I requested a refund as soon as I received tests. This is click-bait type of system. Because it misleads you on what test you are actually paying $167 for. This just nicely wrapped box with inflammation test ($20 value elswewhere) + cost of the appointment to sell you a program. The test itself doesn't give any result on what level of inflammation you have. I know I have it. People should be able to read their own results without being obligated to schedule a call with very stricted rules about it since it was paid for. (Test are being shipped ONLY after you book the call and you can rescheduled it only ones for free, then it's $37 fee. It's like kindergarten times). And there is no toxicity test, which is only what I was interested in, as they [mis]lead you on the video that you are getting one too. You get a written assessment for it instead, where someone just going to assume by your answers toxicity level you [may] have. SMH. I do have an existing condition and have done a lot of work in order to heal. I have 2 doctors that are helping me to get better. I do not need a 3rd person/program for that. Especially when it's all just scripted selling. Apparently you have 30 days to get a refund, do I am glad I called them fast enough to obtain that info. Representative was nice and knowledgeable but she made unsolicited comment about my finacial ability without me ever mentioning monetary part. This is inappropriate. But the refund process was easy and quick ones you email them. Good luck

I think I set my expectations too high on this program and thought it would help me resolve many of my health issues, it just highlighted items and gave me more awareness of health items. While I learned a few things and our mentor was informative the over program was more than I bargained for. The supplements were over the top and while I thought we were getting all the supplements for the 5 months this wasn't the case as we ran out of supplements multiple times and had to reorder and pay more. It was really enlightening to learn how much it costs for a biological dentist and that all metal needs to be removed from your mouth in order to proceed with the brain phases. Thus, I felt like a lot of these important factors were not discussed or mentioned as possibilities. My wife and I invested over $10K for the initial supplement and coaching program and then received over $30K in dental estimates and we paid an additional $3K in supplements and tests. The expenses sure seem extreme without quality results. While I value having done this program and the items i learned and the access to things I have in the future, it just feels like this wasn't what I bargained for.

I don't quite know how to review this program. I haven't experienced any extreme changes like I was hoping, or lead to believe, and I'm a rather healthy person, with a good diet, and all my mercury fillings already removed before starting this "lifestyle". I am even more surprised by the amount of additional money I have to spend on supplements after paying $6000+ for this program. I've lost weight but cutting out alcohol and sugar will do that. After 6 months of this and thousands of dollars spent I would not recommend this program to anyone

I admire Dr. Pompa's story and respect that he's gone through many health challenges himself, and am so thankful he formed this program. I have learned excellent detox and diet strategies that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I gave a 3-star because after 7 months into the program, completing many protocols, following my diet to a T, I am still extremely fatigued, weight-loss resistant and have terrible brain fog. BUT, I have yet to get my cavitation surgery in a few months and complete the 2-month cavitation protocol following the surgery. If surgery is a success, and my symptoms start to diminish, I will give the program a 5-star. One area that I felt disappointed in was my health coach. Although she was friendly, I felt many of my questions were not read thoroughly, which resulted in her not accurately answering many of my questions. Also, several questions that I asked during business days/hours weren't responded to within 24 hours (as promised during my initial call with her). I can think of one time where she went above and beyond in answering one of my questions which was appreciated, but I remember feeling frustrated with half-answers to many of my questions. I had considered using her again when I get my cavitation surgery, but decided that her level of service does not match the amount I was asked to pay to use her for a month or two, so I decided against using her again. Also, I later learned that my health coach never added me to the Advanced Strategies FB group, which could have really benefitted me since I'll be getting the cavitation surgery. So, I paid for that FB group that I was never able to utilize. That's not right. Otherwise, the Pompa Support FB group was great. I loved the community support, and I felt like the moderators on the FB group were always very helpful. One other area where I believe could use improvement, is to give potential clients more transparency during the initial consultation call. During my initial call, I felt pressured to sign up "right now." I was given an amount that would cover my supplements and a health coach for 5 months, but was given very vague detail about how much more money I would need to spend throughout the remainder of the program after I asked. I understand there's not a specific amount since each person's program will vary based on symptoms, but it will help potential clients budget their money and make an informed decision. I believe if there was more transparency, that might scare less people off from wanting to sign up. Overall, I think Dr. Pompa is amazing and believe he will be greatly blessed for helping many people in need! I am looking forward to my cavitation surgery and am hoping to start seeing positive results.

My coach Christopher Wilson was good. I has of yet not gone through the Brain Phase since it is the most important part of the program so I can't give a higher rating. The program is also pretty expensive.
