We have been working with Christy…
We have been working with Christy Monahan for several months. We really enjoy our conversations and coaching that she has to offer. She is not afraid to answer our questions and has been very helpful in guiding us along the way. As far as the program itself, we are definitely noticing some changes that the process is working. Our cells and bodies are definitely clearing and regenerating just based on physical changes we see and the way that we physically feel. Wow, I understand that everybody’s experience is different, it would be really helpful. If Dr. Pompa’s videos got to the point faster with more meat to them instead of the peripheral ambiguity that seems to surround a lot of the content. As someone who is looking for answers and changes, I feel that being more informative of things that you notice along the way, and the direct comparison and experiences of how people feel would be a lot more effective, including the vary, side effects or releases people experience. I think when someone is finally looking into a program and that cost as much as this one, they’re looking for more information not vague ambiguity. It’s probably the most frustrating part of this whole thing. For example, my thyroid numbers have improved after stopping my thyroid medication entirely. I went back on it to see if my thyroid potentially needing support would be helpful, and it actually had quite the adverse effect on my body. I feel 10 times better not on the levothyroxine. My skin, nails and hair have been growing and are very healthy right now. However, in the detox phases, I do break out in a skin rash on my chest and my back, and my legs, which is in line with where your lymph would naturally be cleansing. During days 2,3 and 4 and of the detox cycle, my husband, and I have noticed that we are both very tired, more rundown, and in certain phases, have actually been more emotional and irritable. I am frequently lightheaded and dizzy, but added in some fulvic minerals, and that has seemed to help quite a bit. My energy levels are up, my sleep is better and my puffiness has dissipated quite a bit. You definitely feel like you are constantly taking pills and sometimes I think that can contribute to some nausea, but I have not been afraid to take a day off to just give my system a break. We have added an additional liver support therapy that I think assist in a detox cycles. Specifically, Dose. So far, we are really happy that we made the choice to start this program and hope that we can see some more positive changes as we continue to drive into brain phase.
