Seller refused a return for a brand new, unused product submitted within 2 days of delivery. Based on the store return policy, and the absurd restocking fees, it appears they're essentially drop-shippers. If they are charged a restocking fee from the manufacturer, then they keep none of their own stock, and provide no value-add. Wish I had realized this before purchasing.

This store charges $99.99 for "ONE" gallon of Baquacil Oxidizer which is a rip-off. I feel that the listing on their website was done on purpose in order to confuse consumers. Most people who see $99.99 automatically ASSuMEs "ONE CASE" not one bottle of Baquacil Oxidizer which is four gallons per case. My store charges $115.00 for a case of four Oxidizers. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. I seen $99.99 and figured it was on Sale for a case of four gallons. SHAME on Pool Goods to charge that much for one gallon. Yes, I messed up by buying one gallon of Baquacil Oxidizer thinking I was buying four gallons of Baquacil for $99.99. For $99.99 four gallons is very reasonable - one gallon is 100% a rip-off. As soon as I received the Baquacil, I filled out the RETURN form for a REFUND. The store refused to let me return this item because it's considered "Hazardous Material".
