Excellent Customer Service and Professionalism
I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Pretty Links. I have been using their plug in for several years. Never contacted them, just tried to figure things out for myself. Never had success in contacting companies about the plug ins. I figured I would attempt to contact them with questions about the software as my use for this requires me to send reports to our clients and track all links. The response was prompt. They were thorough in getting all the information they need so they could help me with my inquiries. Euler was my point of contact and he was great. He was able to assist me with all my concerns. He even worked with his team to make sure they had a export feature for my reports. Nevana was follow up and she made sure I had everything I needed. This was not just a couple emails. They were in constant contact with me to make sure I was happy with the results. What more can I say?? A truly great experience. And their NEW RELEASE is GREAT! Love the new look and features. I suggest anyone thinking of getting Pretty Links, DO IT! Easy to use and the staff is top notch!
