PreziReviews of prezi.com

I was not a fan of the dynamics since they could be a bit too dizzying. Additionally, presentations are not compatible with PowerPoint; so, if you are a working individual who frequently does presentations with others, then this product is more work than anything else. I stopped using Prezi and they charged me over $100 a year later. I asked for a refund, but they refused since they said they sent a reminder email that they actually never sent. So, I essentially am paying for a service I never use and they refuse to give me my money back. Overall, I would not recommend Prezi. I would rather use Canva instead and apply those elements into a PowerPoint deck.

Abzocke pur!!! Abzocke pur!!!

Beware of hidden fees! I use prezi for random school projects so maybe 3 slideshows… found out they have charged me $48 for a subscription since 2024! Even when i use the free slide show layouts they offer. Since alot of us are students im assuming just make sure to be careful since we already pay for so much. I wrote their billing support which rudely responded that all payments are final smh. I would not recommend them

Sadly my love turned to ANGER with this company. I used it back in university and honestly it is the best PPT creation website/app. I loved it. However since I have been working I haven’t touched it for a good 3-4 years. Suddenly a few days ago 61 euros have been charged from my cart FOR NO REASON. If we check my IP or online footprint there will be evidence of me not going close to the site, regardless it still happened. I tried to contact the site but the customer service is hidden behind a paywall. My account due to the sudden purchase still I don’t have access to it :) which is more than funny :) I did the online only form of request for a refund, but no answer from them… I am requesting my money back ASAP as this is FAR FROM ACCEPTABLE.

I was unexpectedly charged €217 for an annual Prezi subscription that I did not intend to purchase or actively use. Access to basic functionality such as editing or downloading presentations effectively pushes users into starting a free trial, which then automatically converts into a paid annual subscription. In my case, I only used the service briefly during the trial period and did not continue using it afterwards at all. Despite this, I was later charged the full annual fee without any meaningful awareness or intention to renew. As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted customer support immediately to request a refund and explained the situation clearly. While my subscription was cancelled, the refund was refused with no flexibility. I also requested official written confirmation of cancellation for my bank, but was told that no formal document or automated proof could be provided, only a follow-up email. This feels fundamentally unfair rather than user-friendly. Charging a full annual fee for a service that was barely used, while refusing any refund even in clearly unintentional cases, is highly rigid compared to many other companies that handle similar situations with more fairness and flexibility.

Used the free period to trial the software. Cancelled on the day it ended but still charged. Prezzi refused to refund citing their terms and conditions. Cannot be trusted.

Accidentally let the trial period pass, charged 60 euro for a service I will not be using. Customer Service were completely unhelpful and told me under no circumstances will a refund be issued and frankly were rude and argumentative. I will never use this service, terribly frustrating software to use.

Was charged for a yearly subscription that I didn’t agree too and customer support would not refund this. Extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend this website to anyone
