I bought pajamas at full price when my size restocked and they almost immediately went on significant sale ($50 off). I anticipated a hassle when I inquired about a refund or exchange and Printfresh responded immediately and refunded me $50 without question. It made my day.

While there was an issue with the fabric quality of my order, customer service responded immediately to my email and resolved it to my satisfaction. They offered me a discount on my order because while they were wearable it wasn’t the high quality I was expecting and they also offered a discount on a future order. Very happy with the company and have already placed another order!
