I had a network issue, and they came out and found it was just a disconnected wire. They could have easily charged me, but instead, they fixed it for free and even took care of a few other small issues. When I asked how much I owed, they simply said, “We didn’t do anything worth charging for.” It’s rare to find this kind of honesty and professionalism these days. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with PrismRoute. I’m using their phone system and it’s been working great for me, and I’m saving money every month as my older system was more expensive (and still lower quality) way better than what I was using before. I’d highly recommend their services.
