We were manufacturing in China before…
We were manufacturing in China before working with Private Label Labs and then shipping everything to a separate 3PL in the U.S. Once we started doing more volume it honestly became a pain managing all the different moving parts. We moved everything over to PLL and now they manufacture our products and handle the 3PL fulfillment side for us too. It’s just been way easier having everything in one place instead of dealing with an overseas manufacturer and a separate fulfillment company. We’re already an established brand so we weren’t looking for someone to teach us how to launch a product, we needed a manufacturing partner that could actually handle our volume and make our operation simpler. So far it’s been a really good move for us.

Thanks so much for sharing this. We’re really glad the move has made things easier for your team. Having manufacturing and fulfillment under one roof can make a huge difference once volume starts picking up. We really appreciate the trust you’ve put in us and we’re excited to keep growing with you.
