This product is a game changer! It's the first truly personalized nutritional supplement I've ever used. The proprietary algorithm takes all the guess work out of pre and post workout fueling by pulling real time fitness tracker data directly from the Strava platform and suggesting exact serving sizes based on duration of activities combined with metrics such as age, height and weight. If you're not using this product you're doing yourself a disservice.

I really like this product as it is customizable to your training load and tastes good. Being a vegetarian it is nice to have a product that accounts for my dietary preferences.
