Ordering was fine. Delivery had some "friction". I was not able to modify the delivery instructions with UPS, which made things inconvenient.

Purchased power meter via Powermeter24, within a month of use power meter malfunctioned. Warranty claim was honoured which was excellent, however it took 4 months before I eventually received the replacement power meter :(

Product and service good, but have had 2 failed units. Have both been replaced/ repaired by distributor.

I have used a SRAM RED eTAP groupset about 5 months. I cannot tell that everything is OK. + Wireless connection, no cables. - From the first installation all components were adjusted correctlly according manufacturer's user instruction. After 1000-1200 km riding the front derailleur was displaced outboard onto the braze-on mount in spite of the fixing bolt was tightened enough to keep the derailleur from sliding down. The metal frame of a front derailleur damaged internal surface of my right carbon crank. After that I several times regulated it's again with tightened force of a screw, but derailleur again was sliding down and scratched right crank again. The rear derailleur firstly was working good too. Microajastment allows to set up his work correctly. But some times later switching of the gears were not work correctly. All gears worked good beside 4th gear, after next microajastment only 4th gear worked correctly and another gears – not. I cann't to do anything to adjust swithing of a rear derailleuer correctly. Additional, battaries capacity are finishing after 5-6 ridings with an average distance of 100 km.

Buying was not easy as information on compatible chainrings and BB for my bicycle was a bit cumbersome to get from web site contact. Installing was also a bit complicated due to minor misalignment between frame and BB (whose fault... I do not know). Setup was swift and easy as was connection to Garmin 520. First battery lasted very little. Second battery seems to be lasting as should. Measurements seem accurate (compared to InforCrank). Only issues have been with the Garmin 520 as Pedal Efficiency, Smoothness and couple of other functions do not show data (no idea why). In conclusion, I am satisfied with the product. Not sure if I would repeat. Thank you. Sincerely, Mauricio
