This is a scam. I ordered Ozempic and paid around $500. After one month, they informed me that my item was shipped. However, they had put the wrong address on the package, and I never received it. I spoke with USPS, and they confirmed that the wrong address was indeed used. When I asked them to either re-ship the item or refund me, they initially said they would deduct the shipping cost and refund the rest. After arguing with them, I decided it was better to just get my money back and agreed to the deduction. However, when I informed them of my decision, they suddenly claimed they made a mistake and couldn’t refund anything. This is a scam. I’ve also heard similar stories from my friends who ordered Ozempic but never received it. Please be careful.

I used to receive prompt service when engaging with the support page located in the app. I'm not exactly sure what's happened but I no longer receive any support for help with my refund,or help with a prior authorization for insurance to pay for my medication.Ive been asking for 3 mths now & still haven't received any help whatsoever.

The first time that I ordered Ozempic, they were quick in sending my prescription. The second time, they went up significantly on the price and were very happy to charge me. I have now been 3 weeks without a prescription! I was not made aware of a delay until after they charged me over $500. Also, is you skip 3 weeks, you have to start all over. Terrible customer service!!

While quickmd promises shipping within five days of your consult, that has only been the case once for me. I have been using them for months and am looking to find somewhere else as I never receive my Ozempic pen on time, if at all. Shipping will be delayed for weeks and weeks to the point that is impossible to stay consistent with your injections, which is incredibly important, especially if you are really trying to lose weight. I have been due for another consult and still have not received the pen from my last one, and this is not the first time this has happened (plus I already paid for that pen I am waiting on). Customer support is no help and only send the same canned response that tracking will be sent out when the product is shipped. If you are hoping to use Ozempic to lose weight and need it for more than a month, I advise you to find another company as the inconsistency with quickmd means you may be one month on, two months off, and so on.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! Can’t contact anyone

I tried to contact someone over the phone regarding a refund. There is nobody to speak to. I left voicemail, they do not call back. They need major improvement in their customer service department.

TERRIBLE customer service. You cannot talk to a human. You cannot communicate with your doctor. The medication that I paid for (I paid for multiple prescription orders) never arrived. As of today I am out almost $2000. The email customer service is generic and often not specific to your concern...no real answers. It's just nonsense. Buyer Beware. Not reliable.
