We made sure we put our order in before 2pm just for it to not be shipped same day, this is the second time this has happened to us. A little disappointing. They created the shipping label same day but didn’t ship it out.

We made a time sensitive order. The wrong sizes were sent and we also were shorted items. When I emailed them it was fixed quickly. Unfortunately the order will come in late so we will have to buy locally.

I can’t speak to the quality of the product, as I never even opened the package. Unfortunately, the order was delayed—not due to the company's fault, but because of UPS. However, the timing was crucial for me, and once the delay happened, the order became useless. I had no choice but to find a local solution at the last minute, paying a premium rush fee to get the job done. Customer service offered a $50 store credit, which I appreciate, but it didn’t come close to covering the extra cost I incurred—nearly three times what I originally paid. I understand that each company handles situations like this differently, and while I believe they are professional and deliver a good product, I’m not sure I would order again. There’s room for growth in terms of understanding the customer’s needs and the real-world impact of delays, even if the fault lies with a third party. Hopefully, that becomes part of their customer care approach moving forward.

I apologize about your experience and hope that you understand that our offering a credit for the value of your order was much more than most would do. We printed, used materials, used labor, packed, shipped and paid for shipping ourselves and the only thing we will receive back is shipping costs from UPS. So you expect us to come out of pocket for what we had already printed? You put a deadline or timeline on an order you took and paid for a non-guaranteed shipping service and left us a 3 star review based on your anger toward the shipping service. I hope that a customer never does this to you. I don't see anything in our ticket system where you tried to reach someone above the customer service department but rushed quickly to put us on blast for not paying you for your transfers you received late. I would hope that you reconsider this review as it lacks tact and care for a company's reputation for doing the right thing.

I love the quality of the transfers but the delivery with UPS in not reliable. Multiple times I’ve waited for a delivery to finish a job only to have the date and time changed at the last minute.

We have been using this company for over a year. The quality seems to go up and down. As they add new equipment repeat prints are not any where color matching from previous orders. Also the white ink overprint has been not lining up lately. it is hit or miss if they will be good. the overall wash/longevity of these prints is amazing.

The ordering process is simple, prices are great, and turnaround is quick. However, the materials are inconsistent, and larger colored pieces don’t seem to last. I made a shirt with a full color image… shirt was pre washed, I followed the pressing instructions, turned out great but was only worn once then washed once (inside out on delicate) and the image is now wrinkled and peeling off. Very disappointing.

Sorry you had this experience with your transfers! We guarantee the quality and durability of our transfers and ensure that they will adhere to the garment for 75+ washes! It seems that you experienced your transfer peeling off because you pre washed your shirt. Transfers should only be applied to brand new clothing. Once you introduce Laundry detergent and fabric softener to a garment it blocks the permanent adhesive on transfers from bonding with the fabric, which is most likely why you experienced peeling on the first watch. Also please ensure your heat press pressure is set between 60 and 80 PSI. If your not able to adjust the pressure on your press you can add more pressure by using a teflon pillow under the garment.
