I bought the Ibex when it was first released - it was advertised as an offroad hunting mountain bike, and was set up to be sturdy and strong. i took the thing on a regular concrete/dirt trail at a local park and goatheads popped the tires and i had to walk it back to my car. i get that part fixed and the freaking speedometer breaks so i park it for around a year. and now, i pulled it out to ride it again after a year, maybe two, just to give it anotehr shot, and now the chain snapped in half. $6,000 bike is completely useless for any form of use, and would probably be deadly off-road on mountain trails. worst money i have ever spent in my entire life. also their support is snobby, i spoke to a lady and she said talked down on me, and tried to make me feel stupid. worst support, worst quality bikes, the whole company is trash.

PLEASE DO NOT BUYS THESE BIKES! These bikes have a serious design flaw in the frame that the company refuses to acknowledge. Their service is non existent and they do not honor their warranty leaving you with an expensive piece of junk within months of purchase. Please do you research and believe the other poor experiences that are similar.

I ordered two (2) 1000W Jeep E-Bikes in August 2021, and finally received both by the end of December 2021. The company kept making excuses for the delays and had I known how long and painful it would be I would have canceled my order. To rub salt in the wounds, I recently noticed the label on the base of one of the bikes was a 750W model, NOT the 1000W model ordered. I'm still waiting on the company for a resolution, but have not heard anything. Taking to BBB and legal at this point. Avoid this company.
