Customer service?!? HA HA!!! Representative got upset because I asked him to spell his name (VERY thick Indian accent!) I’ve been with them for 9 years and they stopped my loyalty discount which increased my bill 33% !!! They wouldn’t restart the discount so I said I’d canceled their service, and they said OK, and I did!!! NEVER will I do business with THEM again!!!!

Lumen/Century Link Caused a knowingly medical emergency, broke onto our property, caused property damage, and prowled our property (no where near their lines/easement). We aren't even their customers. They said because they are utility workers they can do it, and they don't have to give any notice of what they're doing. Even when they've agreed to give notice due to medical and legal reasons. They won't even pay for the damages they've caused. Them having done this - I'd never use their service or trust them. No one has the right to harm others, even if they are a "utility worker." To make things better, not only did the worker cause a medical emergency. They used their truck to block any chance of escape from the situation.

Price for life is a life. I signed up for price for life internet several years ago and now they are changing the price by $10. How is it for life if you can just change the price at will?

The worst of the worst when it comes to telecom. In my region they have us hostage and a monopoly on Internet. They charge more than I would pay for fiber that is literally 100 times faster. II pay $70 for 1.5 mg down and 0.5 up. Then, when it goes down you have to battle them for days or weeks on end to get any repair done. If you trust that it's being taken care of because they tell you so the default is for you to sit off-line for the rest of time while they bill you. you have to self advocate and can expect the ball to drop the moment you stop.

Horrible internet provider hardly works half the time absolutely horrible service

ILLEGAL wiring: Centurylink in downtown Denver CO serves RenewOnStout Apts at 1531 Stout St, Denver Co 80202. The technicians are routing Fiber Internet and cable to 3rd floor apartment "circuit breakers" that have never had internet or cable accounts, STEALING that tenants electricity and forcing a $90 Xcel electric bill. The technician was at RenewOnStout Apts on 2-16-22 for a service call. Tenants are stealing electricity at 1531 Stout St.
