Great product. Shipping issues delayed the product a week later than expected.

The color of my design is beautiful. I was a bit frustrated because I wanted a continuous print and couldn't get that relayed to the design team. Overall I am happy with the final product. I haven't used it yet, but it seems good so far. I do wish the rolls were larger so I didn't have to replace them so often.

Hi there, Thank you so much for your feedback! We're really glad to hear that you love the color of your design. We’re sorry for the inconvenience regarding the print style — we'll make sure our design team communicates more clearly in the future. Regarding the roll size, it looks like the size ordered was on the smaller side, which may require more frequent replacement. If you’d like larger rolls next time, we’d be happy to recommend the best size based on your usage. If there’s anything else we can help with, we’re always here!

Pros- reasonable pricing, easy to use website, good communication, items as advertised Cons - item availability changed after placing the order, delivery date delayed a few days into transit (arrived between the 2 dates given), shipping box was destroyed & looked more similar to a ball made from packing tape (soft items purchased so undamaged)

I placed an order and received a shipping confirmation but then things stalled. I updates on the shipment. I contacted Race Top Print and they told me the shipment was lost and they would do immediate re-ship. I had to send another email requesting confirmation of shipment and it was then that things started rolling and I received my shipment in about 6 days. The bags look great.

the product that I order turned out beautiful... I didn't give 5-stars because they originally said it would take 14 business days for delivery and it actually took well over 1 month... nevertheless they're beautiful!
