I love the quality of the products that I ordered. I would give a 5-stars review if only the delivery/turn around time is faster. This company is legit and the customer service response to email.

Quick to send a print proof for approval to print, then… Not quick at all Best avoid this company if you are expecting a fast turn around on jobs. Took about 3 weeks to print 50 bags BUT when they arrived, it looked awesome, they did an amazing job for the price!

We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re thrilled you loved the final product quality! We want to acknowledge that this order fell short of our usual turnaround standards due to an unexpected production error (a quantity discrepancy discovered just before shipping). This required partial re-production, which added about a week to the timeline. While we’re proud of our team’s work on the final output, we fully understand your frustration with the delay. Please know that we’ve already implemented additional quality checks to prevent similar issues in future orders. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’d love the opportunity to regain your trust – perhaps with an expedited service on your next project. Thank you again for your patience and for keeping us accountable. We’re committed to doing better.
