Some of the best customer service out there! LiveChat is awesome and a great way to ask a few questions without calling in or emailing and waiting for a response. Definitely recommended!

and above all, the customer service isn't BS. I enjoy it and they are straight to the point when I ask them the questions I need answers for. I recommend RackMount, even if they are a little bit more than other competitors' racks, but you get a much better quality when it comes to getting a good AV/IT rack.

Highly recommend Rackmount Solutions. They have a large selection of products, and their customer service is top notch. When UPS damaged a cabinet, they arranged for a replacement, quick refund, and pickup of the original very quickly. Jay and Wynne are excellent!
