You get what you pay for. They gave me a good price on my 1550 gallon water tank, but it took nearly 3 weeks for delivery. The logistics company they used to deliver the tank is why I only gave 2 stars. I will not use their services again.

not happy with unexpected $50 COD charge for freight when I had already paid over $30 US for freight when item purchased.

Unfortunately, our system has no way of calculating international duties and taxes at this time. If you refer to the "Duties and Taxes:" section on our Shipping and Returns policy page, located here: http://www.rainharvest.com/shipping-and-returns.asp, you will see this policy outlined. If this was your first time ordering something online that ships from outside of Canada to you, I can certainly understand why this may have been a bit of a surprise, so I apologize for the confusion about this process. We are not happy with the quality and performance. The unit rarely works. It reads 100% more often than not. The measurement varies based on the time of day. IE- reads higher in the morning than it did the night before. The decal on the display was not glued sufficiently to the plastic case. I had to super glue it back on.
