I was initially impressed with how quickly my order arrived; however, I have reached out to Mass Vision because I did not receive the correct order. The style and strength of the readers was not correct. I contacted them via their website on 8/28/26 and they indicated most responses are received within 4 hours. The next day I reached out via their telephone number, however the calls were being screened and still no response back. Today I reached out again via telephone and through regular email. If I don't hear back, I'll be disputing the charge.
