Overall service excellent!!! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that there was no explanation as to why they didnt provide a reason why certain items were not accepted (watches). Other than that they are a great co. And I would do business with them again.

Doing business with this company was surprisingly easy and the quote I got online and the actual amount they offered me was very close. The only complaint I have is they use the USPS which has become inconsistent and unreliable these days. Where my check was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days it took a week. Although ultimately I contacted Redollar and had them cancel payment on the check and sent to Zelle instead and I received my money that day. So overall they are an excellent company, I’ve done business with them twice and plan to come back again. My only suggestion is that they use a more reliable shipping company like UPS or FED-X.

Dear Ms. Reeves, Thank you very much for your review. We use USPS (Priority Mail) free and insured shipping only for sales volumes equal or lower than $500. For higher sales volumes, we offer free and fully insured shipping from FedEx and UPS Parcel Pro. Because we operate on a razor-thin profit margin of only 5-9% (gold), it would not be efficient to use any shipping carrier other than USPS for such volumes. Our profit on $500 in sales is $45 before costs. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays on the part of USPS, but we do everything in our power to avoid such delays if circumstances allow. We value your customer loyalty and thank you for your feedback.

Everything went as advertised. Order pre-paid box was sent promptly. Offer received and check issued. Took a little longer than usual as they were moving their facilities in the middle of my transaction.

After going to few pawn shops and local stores to sell my jewelry I found out about Redollar.com and they offered me the best price for my jewelry. It was I little bit scary send gold in the mail. At the end I had a great experience and they paid me what they offered. Thank you to the redollar team.

Jewelry sent all had value. None of it was fake. Two out of three pieces were paid on. I gave four stars because something though not full retail was paid on the items sent. Redollar did more to give value than any one out there. We would use them again. The service was prompt. We were paid fast.

I was very happy with my reDollar experience. With unwanted sterling silver from an estate they were the best offer and easiest to work with. I was satisfied with the final offer and the speed with which I was paid. I will recommend them to others.
