We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? So far great! I switched to refills after getting charged $199 a month for medication and an extra membership fee total $375 from a different provider. The thing was I was never told or charged extra fees til the 2nd month. Think about it though, how many people do they get $350 off of, whether or not they cancel? Refills has no hidden fees!
