We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? My refill request was approved within a couple of hours and I received my tirzepatide in a few short days. The ice pack in the package was still a little frozen and the vial of medication was at a cool temperature. Dealing with refills.com was an excellent experience again.
