We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

Noah was very kind and helpful. He was persistent in contacting me as the phone service was sketchy and calls were dropped. He found out needed information and provided answers. I am grateful for his help.

Phenomenal customer support (as long as you call in). Support chat is a little hit or miss, so if you need anything, give them a call and they'll get you taken care of. Had an issue with the shipment where my package was damaged (FedEx's fault, not theirs) and they got it resolved really quickly.
