Ive had a really great experience so far. My first shipment came quick and the shipping updates came right in line with the tracking. I also reached out to the customer service 2-3 times and theyve been super helpful each time. If you're undecided about using refills.com I'd say go for it. Only a few weeks in and they have made a strong positive impression already
