My prescription was processed twice so I was charged twice for the same prescription. As soon as I noted the error, I tried to get in contact with support and there was no one available to talk or email. I received response a week later after calling numerous times every single day With no luck getting hang of anybody. They said that they can’t refund or cancel my doubled prescription and the pharmacy has not sent it and it’s been over a week. It’s literally frozen in time and I can’t speak to anybody. There’s no way to contact support and this experience has just been a nightmare. I haven’t received my prescription and I haven’t been able to cancel and get a refund for the doubled prescription.

So far bad experience over a week and still no product shipped and support is none existent. Takes them days and multiple messages to even get a response. Definitely should of read all the negative reviews before dropping the money
