Originally attempted to try to contact customer service through the web/app and got no response. After attempting twice, I contacted Deshnee via email and she immediately responded and contacted Hope to help. My issue was quickly resolved! If you're having issues with customer service, I'd recommend emailing Deshnee instead.

I’ve been refills customer for almost a year now and the experience has been pretty good so far thankfully. There’s only been two instances where I had issues with a cloudy vial and tech issues with the portal. Both times I was provided assistance within 3 business days and ensured my medication was replaced or shipped out. You do have to be persistent about getting support involved but they’ve been responsive. Alex picked up my call for phone support and handled everything to ensure my order wasn’t sitting. It was approved and sent to pharmacy while we were on the line. Zach has been responsive in my Reddit chats to help escalate my issues as well.
