We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

They answered the phone, and I spoke with a real human I know that is a low bar. I was first in the que and was on hold for less then a minute. My question was answered quickly and the man I spoke with was friendly and courteous.

Hope Brown was such a HUGE help today. I have been arguing with support via messages for an entire week. I make one phone call, thankfully Hope Brown answered and she was fantastic. Very professional!! Support online was HORRIBLE!

Noah was super helpful with answering my question regarding my latest refill. Service was quick—much quicker than using the portal’s chat function. I appreciated that Noah checked in several times to make sure that we were on the same page and that my issue had been resolved. 10/10 would use phone support again if I had another pressing concern.
