Great customer service, dude. I forgot to cancel my subscription and the lady refunded me and when I'm ready to start back she gave me a big discount on further orders! Products arrive on time and in good condition. Easy to get in touch with doctors and was able to speak to a real person on the phone immediately when I called them. Id recommend this company to anyone

I was actually able to speak to someone who answered my questions, and not told that someone would call me back. The entire process that I went through to begin the program with Refills.com left me with the feeling that these people are really taking the medical aspect seriously they’re not just taking your money and shipping something out. My order was followed up with a phone call from the prescribing physician. I felt like I was dealing with medical professionals.
