We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? The application was easy to fill out. The doctor reviewed my info and I was approved. There's a section for any questions. My refills have been right on time.

Overall straightforward process, way better than prior experiences at traditional brick and mortar doctor's offices. Not sure how their support is with issues/symptoms help, luckily haven't had to deal with that. Delivery is fast, payment easy, price competitive

The customer service is beyond exceptional. Whenever I had a question or when my package was delayed due to the carrier I got prompt responses and great reassurance. Ive referred several coworkers who lost their insurance coverage of medication, which prevented them from having to stop their medication.
