We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? So far after 6 months I have been very satisfied with my customer service. I was with another online supplier and they kept ghost debuting my credit card for over 7 months ( my bad on not logging into my cc account more often). Refills has done a great job for me.

I had a great 1st experience with refills. The web site is easy to read, easy to maneuver , quick response time from the Dr, and the pharmacy followed through duickly as well. (At first I was not at the right web page, I read where someone else said to try my refill.com I did and it worked beautifully :)

I was pretty tired of the old-school doctor’s office runaround. Switching to refills for my sermorelin was the best decision. The website looks like a professional service and the navigation was smooth. My provider was super down-to-earth and didn't just rush through the consultation, they actually helped me set some realistic wellness goals. I am gonna be sticking with them for my daily health needs because the personalized care is just on another level compared to what i am used to.
