From my first contact, i received quick helpful responses. Im just starting month 2, but i have definitely noticed a change in appetite. Im 83 and very active in fitness and dedicated to organic fresh food so i didn't need to change that but changes to AMOUNT of food has definitely changed. Im not losing quickly which is good, but i am losing. Im very satisfied.
