My prescription has come last month & this month very warm. It has only been outside for 1/2 hour. So I suppose that is why I’m not losing weight. My hunger has gone way up

Believe the negative reviews here. I'll add that my medications arrived very warm. They were packed in a styrofoam container that may have contained dry ice? But what I received was hot and soggy.

It was a terrible experience. Now I’m stuck with a product I don’t want and can’t return. I’ve asked for a return label to send it back and they won’t provide one. Will be reporting to consumer financial affairs and the BBB. I believe they call this tactic “ bait and switch “ Al Anderson North Olmsted Ohio

Horrible. The Nordic Ice is so hot it’s dripping out. UPS Box came damaged. Prescription was hot

The package arrived wet, and dripping. I know the product needs to be refrigerated. A note was inclosed that it may arrive at room temperature but it came from Florida and I don’t trust that it is safe. The previous I received were still cold in containers that retained the cold. Please send safe product as replacement.

Package was not cold or even cool when delivered. Was sent 2 day air which is too long for a product that needs to be kept cold. Even the web site says “overnight” delivery. Now we have something that we are not even sure is any good

In the famous words of Jenny… “run Forrest…run”… This “thing” (not a company or practice) is inept. It appears “doctors” (hard to think these people went to high school let alone med school suggest a medication and then customer service changes things for them. Run

for the second month in a row, Package was delivered completely warm. Is the medication still safe? The last carrier Fed Ex packaged much better and it always was delivered cold.
