Medicine and provider is good, but don’t understand why the price jumps so dramatically after first month when your competitors don’t do this.

I'm not sure the medicine is correct? At least it's no longer helpful. I haven't lost any weight in almost a week. I was so happy to lose 8 pounds in a month which I thought was a healthy rate. For the last 4 days I haven't lost an ounce! I haven't gained, it's true, but I haven't proceeded to continue my loss.

Haven't had any contact with my doctor unless it's sending a new med which mean sending you more money. Again, I had blood work done to receive my prescription, but never heard back if it was in normal levels. I feel like you are just getting "the cows in the barn$$$" with no consultation. My friend is using "Henry" and they consult with her through her entire journey. I never here from you unless it's "money time " . This is my second bad review of your doctor/patient care.

I received my first order quickly had questions about payment took a while for response time every email haven’t seen much difference but I’m hopeful two months in third payment customer support needs some work for the price you pay need more attention

The product is not working for me. I want to stop my treatment and consult my personal doctor and have him check out my shots. I was on this once before and lost 35 lbs by this time in … this time I have lost 5lbs in 2 months . Pretty disappointed.
