Overnight shipped Tuesday according to label. It arrived today, Friday. The fedex delivered it to the end of the driveway. Not to the front door. Needless to say it wasn’t cold. Or cool. Is it even usable? Can you resend another vial?

This is a horrific company. I made the mistake of looking at their product online which resulted in FOUR text messages, ONE direct call from a human and ONE robo-call, all within a few hours. Pathetic business practice. I will NOT be spending my money with this company.

Its virtually impossible to get anyone to call or email you back. I called several times to find out where my order was as my dashboard just didnt have any updates for days - and I kept getting the same canned email response saying someone would get back to me in 24/48 hours - but noone did. Beyond frustrating - and now I am out of my medication due to whatever delay is holding it up. And I paid for it over three weeks ago. Frustrating beyond belief.

Very expensive program fee for the value PLUS the cost of meds. Tried communicating with original NP about my results, was trying to adjust my dose as I wasnt getting results. I ordered a second round of this medication. When i received the package i simply put it in the refrigerator as i was not ready to use it yet. When i went to use one of the vials, there were none inside the packaging! Whoever picked and packed the order neglected to put the medicine in. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. I am now out $850.00 out of pocket. Very poor customer retention. I will make sure to tell anyone who is looking for a GLP-1 med to avoid this conpnay

I was excited to start this journey, but I got my Meds in the mail and it was the wrong one. They sent me Semiglutide and I was supposed to get GLP-1 so if they fix their $831 mistake then I will write another -better review but so far its a 1 star for me.. NO-STAR if they had it!!!
