Great customer service. Questions answered quickly. I had surgery on Tuesday of this week and received my order on Friday, so therefore I have not started the program yet, but I expect great results.

So far so good… I haven’t started the system yet, but the beginning process has been incredible. All the information upfront - ordered - approved very quickly. I anticipated a long delay in shipping and receiving due to hearing about shortages etc. but definitely not the case. Ordered Wednesday and received Friday morning. I’m shocked especially since Friday was an observed holiday. Starting the program today and I’m hopeful. So far this is a “no brainer”. Praying for success.

Wow: This experience (thus far) is beyond my expectations. I got the ball rolling on Tuesday and my medication and supplies are in my hands FRIDAY. The MD has been amazing. After my paperwork was received, I was send an email from the MD with “oodles” of information. There was a request for lab work. I’d had labs done a few weeks back. I simply sent those. They were looked at, and a reply/comments were sent to me by the MD I feel very, very good about things right now. Thank you, REFLEXmd!
