Overall, in my experience, the customer service at Reflex MD is informative, professional and thorough. For me, the medication works exactly as advertised. One complaint is the short period of time the prescription covers making the reorder process necessary every two and a half weeks. On my latest prescription, that caused me to lose the weight loss momentum and my loss progress stalled out for a week.
