It has helped me lose 23lbs so far. It makes me full and I dont eat near as much as I used to. I love working with Reflex MD.

Great customer service
I have very little issues with ReflexMD but occasionally there is a delay in shipment. Customer service has always been great and quick to respond. Ada was a perfect example of that. She was friendly, answered my concern right away and followed up to make sure my questions were answered.

Starting Month FOUR
I am beginning my 4th month with ReflexMD. Like everyone else, I was hesitant at first, but the customer service is great and they are always willing to offer suggestions. I would recommend this to anyone else that was wanting to lose weight. I have lost a total of 30 pounds or 10 pounds per month. I still have another 110 pounds to lose and cannot imagine how good I will feel!

A pleasant experience.
Package arrived hot with all ice packs melted. No telling how long the product has been hot. Not even a knock on the door. Product should be replaced! I'm sure your rationalization makes you feel somewhat content. Usually your product comes in a Styrofoam cooler, this time it did not. Secondly you send in packed in ice for a reason. You have failed to provide your customer with a favorable experience and this being said, you make excuses for the delivery which you have ultimate responsibility. You feel no obligation to your customers what so ever. Subsequently I have been contacted by Ms. Jeniffer Sanchez of ReFlexMD who was instrumental in explaining the medication delivery procedures and a current change of providers. Ms. Sanchez made things right and changed a bad experience into a good experience. She is an asset to ReflexMD and her compensation to Reflect this.

We are sorry to hear the ice packs in your shipment were melted. If your package arrived and the medication was warm, don't worry. Sometimes, packages get delayed, or you may not have gotten to it in time after delivery. The ice packs and packaging were validated to keep the medication at a safe temperature during transit even during the hottest weather for an extended time frame. Additionally, the pharmacy has subjected its proprietary formulations to cGMP stability studies and has confirmed that their drug maintains its integrity even under extreme conditions. Your medications can withstand temperatures well above 100°F and still meet potency specifications, even if your package sits for a couple of days at these elevated temperatures after the ice packs have melted.
