I really appreciated working with Reflex Md because of the privacy and the convenience of not having to go to a Dr's office. They are affordable and the product really works. I was 170lbs when I started, and I am now 135lbs. I am very happy about that and would recommend this Company to all my friends and family. Delightful experience with Antoni in resolving the month long issue with your company. I explained to her I had ordered your product the morning of Sept. 24, 2024, only to receive recent lab results as requested by your company. Those results showed my liver enzymes were off and I needed direct medical attention.... and I was not to start this weight loss drug. I called your company only to be informed the order had been processed and my account had been charged. It has now been over 1 month, I have not received the product. I was able to reach Antoni, she diligently worked to research my account to find the product had been returned to the company pharmacy. She processed my refund to my account. I appreciate her diligence and kindness.
