Hello, We appreciate your feedback and understand your experience. While we work hard to provide a wide range of legitimate and hand-screened opportunities, the hiring process ultimately depends on the employers. To improve your chances, we recommend tailoring your resume and cover letter for each application, applying early to new postings, and leveraging our resources to optimize your job search strategy. Please know we add new posts every day, as we work very hard to make sure our database stays updated with current and accurate jobs posts. We guarantee that all positions on our site are hand-screened to be legitimately scam-free, and offer work flexibility. Also, we would like to offer you some resources that might be helpful in your job search. Please visit the next link to be redirected to our blogs, where you can find articles on various job search topics. We hope you find them informative and helpful. https://remote.co/remote-work-blog Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your job search.

There are a lot of great jobs on here and most employees respond quickly, good news or bad. However, the website is clunky to use as far as getting to a place that you can search for the job and location.
