Eric, we strongly disagree with this account, as it omits important facts about our engagement.
Your company engaged Remotivate for two searches. The first resulted in the successful hire of a E-commerce Operations Manager.
For the second search, concerning a Catalog Manager, our agreement specified an expected recruitment period of approximately four to six weeks. Around three weeks into the search, and before the agreed recruitment process had been completed, you decided to end the engagement, begin searching independently despite the exclusivity provision in our agreement, and request a refund.
As the engagement was ended by the client before the agreed recruitment period had elapsed, we explained that the request did not meet the conditions for a refund under our agreement.
You subsequently initiated payment disputes through American Express. Importantly, those disputes were not limited to the unfinished Catalog Manager search; a payment connected with the earlier engagement, in which Remotivate had successfully filled the E-commerce Operations Manager position, was also disputed.
For this reason, we believe the statement that Remotivate simply took payment, failed to deliver results for three months, and refused accountability gives a materially inaccurate picture of what occurred.
We stand behind our work and our contractual commitments, including our refund and replacement guarantees when their applicable conditions are met. We also believe those commitments need to apply fairly to both parties.
We are happy to provide Trustpilot with the relevant contracts, recruitment records, placement documentation, correspondence, and payment-dispute records necessary to substantiate the above.
