Everything about the service has been excellent. The only reason I remove a star is because it’s still a lot of manual work on the customers part to have personal information removed from people finding websites.

I have paid for this service for five years only to find out that I am still on sites spokeo and mylife. I called and asked them why they hadn’t removed me since I was paying and they said that they can’t make them remove my info. Well that’s not what Reputation defender advertises especially when people pay for the service. Not happy at all with them. UPDATE: their customer service team contracted me after my review was left. They still can’t remove my info from the site I mentioned but gave me instructions on how to do it myself. They also credited me back the cost of my year subscription. Although they weren’t this quick to respond initially, I do appreciate their actions.

The solution offers good insights into things I would not have found. Additionally, it does a fairly good job with variations of names and close proximity to DOB so the "fuzzy search" is decent. What I struggle with is when it takes you to a link say on "white pages" and there is a laundry list of contacts and you do not exactly jump out so its hard to know how to disposition the alert they have generated.
