I have been working with Brittany for the past year, and she has been amazing. She made sure that all my personal information was removed and has continued to check in with me throughout the year. She answers every text message, email, and phone call within 24 hours. This experience has been great and efficient.

Brittany is amazing. Not as thrilled with the content team, as they sometime did sloppy work, but my liaison with the company was excellent! When the content team slacked, she had them step up. Thanks, Brittany!!

Our overall experience with reputation defender was fantastic. Specially, with Brittany - our favorite Reputation Advisor. She was always very professional, very understanding and thorough with reviewing our account progress, scheduling our meeting calls and passing on our feedback to the writing team. We felt extremely comfortable with her and her fantastic work.

My rep named Cliff has made this experience easy and relaxing - there were no doubts. This service is needed and worth the money to purchase as I now have a peace of mind of security.

Brittany Samuel is a very good communicator, and she has been helpful to me in protecting my name and identity on the web. I appreciate her input on matters, including the dark web, that I know little about.

The staff had an understanding of what I was going through and what was necessary to help me out. They were very exacting in the background questions necessary and developed a strategy to help me.

The best thing was the results that the company obtained for me with my particular situation. Also, the associate that I work with her name was Brittany and she was absolutely amazing in keeping me up-to-date on everything as it was happening. It took a couple of months, but she was on it and absolutely relentless and wouldn’t let go. I would highly recommend this company and I will continue my renewals with them for the future and recommend them to everyone that I come in contact with that needs their help. Thank You Peter
