We’re sorry this experience left you feeling disappointed. Our sheet offerings have different configurations, and the included items are listed within the product details so customers can see exactly what is included before purchasing. We appreciate your feedback around how this is presented on Amazon and will be sharing it with our team for review, as clarity at the point of purchase is extremely important to us.

We appreciate you sharing this feedback and understand how the different set options could cause confusion. We do list the included pieces directly on the product page and within the size options before purchase. Our Starter Sheet Set includes a fitted sheet and two pillowcases, while the full Sheet Set also includes a flat sheet for customers who prefer to use one. We also appreciate your feedback regarding both the pricing and how these options are presented. Clear product information is important, and we’ll continue looking at ways we can make the differences between each set even easier to understand.

Hi Mardol, We’re sorry for the disappointment and understand how frustrating it would be to place an order expecting a discount, only to find that it was not reflected in the final total. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that the 20% off discount code was not applied at checkout. Discount codes must be entered and successfully applied before an order is submitted. We’d also like to clarify that our current SMS subscriber offer is $10 off, rather than an additional 20%, and only one discount can be used per order. We sincerely apologise for any confusion caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this.

Hi Donna, We’re very sorry your order hasn’t arrived and that getting support has been such a frustrating experience. This is certainly not the level of service we want to provide. While a supervisor may not have been immediately available when you called, we do have supervisors on our team and would be happy to arrange for one to contact you directly and help resolve this. If the carrier confirms that your parcel was lost or damaged in transit, we will absolutely arrange a replacement or refund. Please reply to our request for your order details so we can investigate this urgently and reach out to you to make things right.

Hi Boston, We’re sorry this experience has left you disappointed. To clarify, we do not claim that the Evercool Comforter is made entirely from natural TENCEL™. The comforter uses a TENCEL™ and Sorona® filling blend, while our proprietary Evercool® outer fabric is made with polyamide yarns that create its cool-to-the-touch feel. These materials are identified on our product page. Unusual fabric shedding is not something we would expect, and we would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further. While our return policy requires products to be returned in their original packaging, we have requested more information about your order through this platform so our team can review your case and the concerns you experienced.
