Did not like that it had to be assembled

The part came in before they sent the shipment information, which is good, but the shipment info and the part came three days after I ordered it and I was beginning to worry my furnace wouldn't work in time. The part itself had a prong that was bent in shipment because it was in an envelope, but it was fixable.

I received the item okay but they were not e-flute as I’d hoped. I called customer service prior to ordering and they couldn’t give me that information. Usually ECT32 is eflute so I decided to order even though I didn’t receive a call back from associate. They aren’t. Please add the “flute” size to your listing.

I've used Restockit.com many times in the past. This order and delivery went well. There was a couple times when delivery was rescheduled for the next day - minor issue. I'm so relieved they got & delivered all the items I ordered correct this time. Most of time they do.

I accidentally ordered yellow Cardstock instead of white Cardstock, that’s on me not you guys, still quality stuff. I will order white paper next time!
