ROIRocket.comReviews of roirocket.com

I participated in a market research project. Competed all of it according to their instructions and then completed the follow up survey. Had been promised $40 for completion of the project but I have not received my compensation. I have emailed the company twice now without answers at all. This company is the definition of overpromising and under delivering. Sad when it is time to provide compensation, the company won't even respond. They sent me 2 reminder emails during the 14 day project but now nothing but crickets! This company is not worth sharing your information or time with. They will promise you compensation, they get what they wanted, and then ghost you on the promised compensation. Don't waste your time.

It is impossible to get a response from them. I emailed them three times over the course of four weeks about a study I participated in, and they never respond. But I know that they read my emails (I have a browser extension that shows me when my mail was opened). This is very unprofessional. I am still waiting to get paid for my efforts on their study. I don't trust them much.

Don’t waste your time trying to do surveys for them. There is always a tech glitch that occurs after you’ve already provided information. Scam.
