Arrived broken
Arrived broken, manual is useless and lacks key information. Contacted them by email twice and never heard back from them. They clearly have no interest in quality products nor customer service.

Rolls PM55P poor sound quality and service
I have a PM55P. The headphone out sound quality is poor. It sounds like the low frequencies are cut. I emailed Rolls twice for help and did not receive any replies.
