Dear Valued Customer, We are deeply concerned by your review and do not recognize our business practices in your description at all. Given the serious nature of your complaint, we have instructed our legal team to investigate this matter thoroughly. Our Qigong certification course includes practical video lessons, theoretical video lectures, and is structured into 10 modules with 2 lessons per module - not AI-generated content as claimed. The course is designed to provide a comprehensive, authentic learning experience. Regarding the additional charge you mentioned, we take such claims very seriously as they do not align with our business ethics or practices. We never charge customers for products they haven't explicitly ordered. We invite you to contact our support team directly with your order details so we can properly investigate this situation and address your concerns appropriately. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this matter. Royal Certified Support Team

Dear Rene Thompson, Thank you for your feedback regarding our Grief Coaching Certification. We would like to clarify that Royal Certified Masterclass is certified by CMA and several other accrediting bodies. However, not all of our courses are certified by every organization. In this specific case, our Grief Coaching course is not currently certified by CMA, though we are in the process of obtaining this certification in the near future. From your review, it's unclear whether you actually purchased a course from us or were just inquiring. Rather than leaving negative reviews based on preliminary inquiries, we invite you to contact our customer service team directly to get complete and accurate information about our certifications and courses. Our support team can provide detailed information about which certifications apply to specific courses and answer any other questions you may have before making a purchase decision. Thank you for your understanding, Royal Certified Support Team

While we recognize this communication may not meet your expectations, we must address the serious nature of the terminology and allegations that have been circulated across multiple public and private channels. Our legal counsel will naturally respond with full cooperation to any formal complaints or information requests submitted by regulatory authorities or other competent bodies. Given the gravity of these unfounded accusations, we have already commenced legal proceedings. Our legal team is advancing through the appropriate judicial channels to safeguard our organization's interests and reputation. These allegations have necessitated this course of action. Consequently, this matter will now be resolved in court where it belongs. This represents our final public communication regarding this issue. All subsequent matters will proceed exclusively through proper legal venues and judicial processes, where you will have the opportunity to substantiate your claims. We wish you well in your future pursuits. --- Dear Ray, We're concerned about your experience with our Forest Therapy course and would like to address your feedback directly. Unfortunately, in the past, there was a company misrepresenting themselves as Royal Certified Masterclass that misled several customers. This may explain the significant discrepancy between what you expected and what you received. Our authentic courses are created by subject matter experts, not AI, and include comprehensive, in-depth content with relevant visual materials. The example you've provided does not represent the quality or specificity of our legitimate course materials. Please contact us at [email protected] with your enrollment details, and we'll provide you access to our genuine Forest Therapy course on our official platform at royalcertifiedmasterclass.academy. Our legitimate courses feature 10 structured modules with video lectures totaling approximately 40 hours of instructional content. We'd appreciate the opportunity to show you the difference in quality. Thank you for your understanding, Royal Certified Support Team
